This 'Edinburgh Fringe - Spotlight On' series takes a look at the shows I will be reviewing at this year's festival and a 5-question Q&A with the creative teams.

Synopsis: Disney parody musical! Prince "Charming" is the hero who thinks he's treated like a zero – now he wants to tell his story.
Adventure! Princesses (ugh)! Villains! Sidekicks! Soaring high notes! Will the Prince embrace his destiny and earn his happy ever after?
Watch the prince as he faces a genie, princesses and his own self-aggrandisement as he must come to terms with what it really means to be a Charming prince.
Expect original Disney-style songs, hilarious jokes and (if he does say so himself) an exceptionally Charming prince!
Q&A With Tom Rolph (Writer)
Q: What inspired you to create this show? A: I thought my Mum would enjoy seeing me in a one-man show.
Q: What can audiences expect when they come to see the show at Edinburgh Fringe?
A: Funny original songs inspired by some of your Disney favourites with plenty of references, jokes and a heartfelt message.
The shows main theme is that of self-improvement and finding your own path, rather than waiting for destiny to show you the way.
3 Words: Disney…but better
Q: What makes this show unique or different from other shows at the Fringe?
A: It has been coming to the Fringe for 3 years and has been written, tested, changed and improved year on year, specifically for the Fringe audience.
It’s not quite a one-man show anymore (come along to see what I mean!).
Q: What has been the most exciting part of bringing this production to Edinburgh Fringe? A: The most exciting part is definitely the changes to how we are putting on the show this year. With a couple of Fringey twists.
Q: Why should audiences add your show to their Fringe schedule this year?
A: Because it’s truly a passion project, which we have been working on for years. We can promise some great quality fun and a whole lot of laughs.
Charming! The Musical is at Just the Fancy Room at Just The Tonic at The Caves from 6th to 30th August.
