What a fun night out! (No) Refunds is an interactive game show play that runs for sixty minutes. Your host? That would be Tiffany Gold — a fabulous, stylish American presenter.

One lucky… or unlucky… star player will have the chance to win back the price of their ticket by taking part in three different games. Their task? To prove to the audience… and to Tiffany that they deserve to win by showcasing their talents, answering a series of personal questions, and seeing where the evening takes them.

The games are chosen by spinning three wheels at the start of the show, which will decide how the evening will go. There are plenty of opportunities for the rest of the audience to influence what happens over the course of the evening. At one point, paper and pens are handed out so we can offer our opinions on the star player, while Tiffany Gold keeps poking and prodding to get more information out of them — you literally never know where it will go next! Not forgetting Tiffany’s stage manager, ‘Alex’ (Grant Kennedy Lewis), who supports her wonderfully throughout the evening.

But of course, Tiffany Gold is just a character, and it’s Katy Murphy who’s really the star of this show. Murphy has created such a fun and unique experience that has the audience in stitches throughout, while getting everyone involved, influencing decisions, and causing general chaos.

But the show balances all of this with some really tender moments too, as we learn a little more about our presenter’s life and how personal scenarios have affected her, both positively and negatively. The whole performance is elevated further by Katy’s wit and warmth, making an extremely interactive show feel incredibly safe and welcoming for everyone involved. The structure of the show works really well in getting the audience involved and making sure it's comfortable for everyone.

Overall, this is a really fun show where you never know what will happen next, and with a different star player every night, literally anything could happen! Clever, unique, and full of fun and laughter, (No) Refunds is definitely one I recommend adding to your list for a night out that’s something a little different. Will the Star Player win all their money back? You’ll just have to see it to find out!
